NEW!! NAGOYA CITY HARDCORE & CROW

TWO BRAND NEW RECORDS OUT THIS WEEK FROM PRANK!!!

NAGOYA CITY HARDCORE IS DISTRIBUTED BY MCR in JAPAN, AGIPUNK in EUROPE

VARIOUS ARTIST “NAGOYA CITY HARDCORE” LP
Europe = Buy from Agipunk
JAPAN = Buy from MCR

Instant classic of a Japanese hardcore compilation, NAGOYA CITY HARDCORE was originally issued in late 2008 on Japan’s legendary MCR label as a CD only release combining 3 tracks each by five Nagoya Bands = CLOWN, REALITY CRISIS, ZILEMMA, D-CLONE, and DEMOLITION to make one powerhouse compilation of distorted guitars, howling vocals and high energy hardcore punk.

CLOWN has previously released a Full Length CD on MCR of their anthemic, innovative and tough hardcore, which was subsequently issued in the US on vinyl on HARDCORE HOLOCAUST. REALITY CRISIS have existed since the 1990’s, with a UK stenchcore styled Dual vocal crust attack, they have toured the west coast and Portland’s cult WHISPER IN DARKNESS label has issued both of their CDs here on Vinyl. This compilation represents ZILEMMA's debut US release of their catchy melodic, guitar driven hardcore, D-CLONE deliver a noisy attack of high energy, total distortion! They recently toured the West Coast and released a split EP with San Francisco’s MORPHEME. DEMOLITION have a classic rocking brand of Japanese hardcore similar to their previous release on Portland’s BLACK WATER label. A split release with Italy’s Agipunk label, this release comes with a large 11” x 11” color booklet. CD version on MCR .

Youtube Playlist of the bands on the Comp HERE.

SYSTEMATIC DEATH IN NYC! SEPTEMBER 18TH

SYSTEMATIC DEATH ARE RETURNING TO THE U.S. FOR TWO GIGS , September 18th! GO TO NEW YORK! ( I tried to get them to stop here in SF, maybe next time!!!!!!)

Last Call! KYLESA 110 DEGREE HEAT INDEX!

I'm down to the last copies of the KYLESA "110 Degree Heat Index" 7". There's copies left on Purple and Bone white vinyl. As I've mentioned before I Don;t think I'll be re-pressing much of the old Catalog in the immediate future as the tendency in records now is increasingly towards the immediately new or the long gone collectibles, and a lot of the prank catalog sits somewhere in the somewhat difficult spot in the middle of that. We were very lucky to have Pushead do the cover for this record, with it;'s deluxe foil stamped packaging!
