BENEFIT FOR ANADI @ GIILMAN 2/12

Punk about town Anandi got diagnosed with Cancer last year, a long time fixture of the local scene, it was pretty devastating news to hear as She's super young for that to happen. Was over at Thrillhouse today and they were happy to report She was responding well to treatment, but also that people have organized a super benefit for her at 924 gilman on February 12th. The last time the Headliner of the Benefit played Gilman, people apparently started camping out a 5:30 AM, so I'll leave that to word of Mouth, but Grass Widow, Fleabag, Dirty Marquee and the Mutoid Men are playing And it's a great cause!!! MRR BENEFIT SHOW FRIDAY!

There's a Benefit show friday for Maximum rock 'n' roll at Bender's in the mission. Bender's has a veggie/vegan friendly grill, but is a bar so the show is 21+. ACEPHALIX , Yellow Eyes ( featuring Shane From Dead And Gone!) and MORPHEME, all great new bands from the Bay are playing!
