CIVIL DISSIDENT @ The Helter Skelter Club, St. Kilda 1984

Prank # 08 released in 1996 was a retrospective of 1980's Pen Pals and one of my favorite 1980's bands, Australia's CIVIL DISSIDENT. The Mastermind behind "Menzie's Crack", Scotti of Au-go-go / Missing link records / Resistant Harmony Fanzine fame has been working on a more exhaustive re-issue for awhile now, but until it happens check out some grainy live footage here:
